Cleveland Touristy Things

We walked into downtown Cleveland.  On the way we came across the USS Cod, a WWII submarine that was in service in the Pacific.  We stopped and did a boat tour through the sub.

We skipped the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this time. Although the main exhibit was the Grateful Dead.

We went downtown Cleveland behind the Arcade hotel and had lunch.  Big mistake if you have intentions on going to the West Side Market. The market is very similar to the St. Lawrence Market in Toronto. Fruits and veggies are outside in a corridor.  We were there when a Food Network show was being filmed.  A couple of teams came running in looking for veggies, followed closely by a team of cameras and sound guys.

Eat your heart out Eriks. This is the Pork Chop Shop in the market.

For those of Japanese decent, there was mochi!

And for those with Mexican longings, tamales!

We are now awaiting the arrival of the big floating motors participating in the Poker Run.  On the bright side, there will be a band playing at the club tonight.
